  • I brought in my 2013 SRX for three things: a cue update, a safety recall (something to do with the manual drive system) and to see if a new key transmitter could be programmed(I lost a key). I was given an SRX as a loaner while mine was being worked on which was much appreciate d. They worked on my key transmitter for 2 hours but weren't able to get to work - not their fault because it wasn't bought at a Cadillac dealership but was supposed to be OEM. All service personnel were accomodating and pleasant and worked as a team to meet my needs. I have NO issues with Don Massey, but am disappointed the owners manual was incorrect and I couldn't reprogram a replacement as described in it. Read More >>
